Hayley Orantia is American actor, musician and singer. People are most familiar with her as Erica Goldberg in the comedy The Goldbergs' TV show. The main focus of her is a performer. Music, according to her, is the very first thing she enjoys. She started playing with it at age nine. At the age of 12 the world of music had become significant enough that she was able to start training professionally. She began songwriting when she was 13, and she was just 14 when she recorded her debut album of covers songs. From then on, she has not been back. Orrantia is an American native who has Hispanic roots. Although she was raised speaking only English and has never lived in Mexico she's extremely proud of her Hispanic roots. Through studying Spanish and writing songs, she strives to keep the culture alive. She has recorded an Spanish version of the song called 'Hasta Verte. Orrantia appeared in The X Factor season 1's auditions during the summer 2011. Orrantia took home the very first season of the X Factor when she uploaded an YouTube recording of her audition. She was awarded four "yes" votes by the judge on the live stage show in Seattle. While she auditioned initially in a single performance during "Hollywood Week", she and three other female vocalists were placed into an ensemble for the remainder of auditions. The group was eliminated from the show in the fifth live week.
