Ali MacGraw
Ali MacGraw (Elizabeth Alice MacGraw) is a American animal rights advocate, writer also a model, actor and author. Love Story (1970), Goodbye Columbus '69 and The Getaway '72 are some of her most famous movies. She was drawn to becoming an artist was in part influenced by her family background as a member of an New York family of artists. In the beginning, she worked as a assistant in photography. In the future, her career shifted to modeling and directing. She was awarded an award called the Golden Globe Award in 1990 because she was an aspiring young actor. MacGraw became an international celebrity after her movie Love Story, which earned an Academy Award nomination as well as a Golden Globe. Within just three short films MacGraw became the most popular female box office actress in the entire world. In 1972 her hand-footprints and autograph were engraved at the Grauman's Chinese Theater. She was a part of several other films including The Getaway Convoy Players and the miniseries on TV The Winds of War among many others. Her autobiography, published in 1991 Moving Pictures came out. MacGraw got married to three different people.
