Ally Sheedy

Alexandra Elizabeth Sheedy (born June 13th, 1962) is an American actor from the United States. Sheedy first made an appearance as an actress on Bad Boys in 1983. Since then, she has appeared on WarGames as of 1985. Then, she appeared on The Breakfast Club in 1986, and Short Circuit in 1986. Sheedy received an Independent Spirit Award in 1998 as the most outstanding female lead. This was due to her performance in the role of Lisa Cholodenko in High Art. Sheedy is an American writer and actress. At the beginning of the 80s, she started her career as a film actress with the thriller film Bad Boys. She was well-received for this film. Rick Rosenthal directed the movie, which also featured famous actor Sean Penn Esai Morales Clancy Brown Alan Ruck. In the wake of her success in her first film, she was later seen in the 1985 comedy drama film The Breakfast Club. The film by John Hughes called The Breakfast Club has been hailed as being among the most memorable films of high school cinema. Despite an budget of just 1 million dollars, the film's profits exceeded $50 million. She also began appearing on a number of television shows like CBS Schoolbreak. This was her TV debut. The show targeted teenagers and began airing in April 1980. Chicago Story Big City Samuels and the Kid, Hill Street Blues and Chicago Story are some of the other shows on which she's appeared. Her most recent appearances include Little Sister as well as X-Men Apocalypse, a movie featuring a hero in which she is a character. Sheedy is known for her incredible performances. Sheedy has won numerous awards including the MTV Movie Award for Silver Bucket of Excellence Award in the year 2005.
